Edmonds, WA--J. Rankin Jewelers shared a photo of a transformed European cut diamond on their Facebook page. The jeweler recut an old European cut diamond into a modern, brilliant cut diamond and set it in a ring with trillion-sided diamonds.

Per the Facebook post, the customer of the diamond wanted to update the appearance and brilliance of the old piece. The recut diamond has ideal proportions and symmetry, and stunning sparkle.
