Jewel360 Reports 144% Client Increase, Debuts Integrations at Key Industry Shows January 30, 2024 (0 comments)
Provo, UT--Jewel360, a cloud-based retail software developer for jewelry businesses, reported a 144% rise in its client base in 2023. The company demonstrated its specialized POS system at the Retail Jewelers Organization (RJO) Buying Show in Palm Springs, CA, from January 27-29, 2024, and The Centurion Jewelry Show in Phoenix, AZ, from January 27-31, 2024.

The company's POS system now includes expanded integration with Jewelers Mutual Group, enabling jewelers to offer service contracts and insurance quote requests directly through the system. This feature is designed to improve customer service and strengthen retailer-customer relationships.
Meghan Proctor, the owner of Hubbell Proctor Designs, highlighted the system's role in focusing on customer service, stating in a news release, "Jewel360 provides us an incredible platform that allows us to focus on our main priority – our customers,"
Jewel360 will also introduce its new Facebook and Instagram integration, which allows jewelers to connect their product catalogs to these platforms. This feature facilitates product browsing and purchasing through social media links, enhancing the shopping experience.
Nick Gurney, General Manager of Jewel360, emphasized the company's growth and the role of its cloud-based, jewelry-specific POS system. "We had a fantastic 2023 with 144% new customer growth," he said in the news release. Gurney expressed eagerness to engage with the jewelry community at the shows and introduce the system to more retailers.
