According to a report in Downtown Bellevue, this new establishment marks Mejuri's inaugural venture into Bellevue, complementing its existing Seattle store at University Village. Globally, the brand boasts 29 stores.

Founded in Toronto in 2015, Mejuri stands out for its unique approach to jewelry production and design. The company releases new, in-house designed products every week, adhering to a model that favors limited production runs and manufacturing based on actual consumer demand. This approach significantly reduces waste, aligning with the brand's sustainable ethos.

Noura Sakkihja, the visionary founder of Mejuri, carries the legacy of three generations in the jewelry industry. Per the report, her vision challenges traditional jewelry gifting norms, encouraging individuals to embrace self-gifting and personal indulgence in luxury.

The new Mejuri store takes over the space formerly occupied by Vince, an upscale clothing retailer that has since ceased operations at Bellevue Square. For those seeking Vince products, the nearest outlet remains in Marysville, Washington.
