Jewelry That Grammy Would Love February 20, 2011 (0 comments)
Hollywood, CA—Jimmy Stafford, of the three-time Grammy Award-winning group Train, below, wore two pieces of Edward Mirell jewelry as he and band members Patrick Monahan and Scott Underwood accepted their latest Grammy for Best Pop Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocals.
Stafford, Train’s guitarist and back-up vocalist, was accessorized with a necklace and cross from Edward Mirell’s Signature Cable collection. Stafford received the Signature Cable cross at a radio station concert event last December, but upon hearing that the musician liked the piece and wore it during the concert, Mirell presented additional pieces to wear for an Australian tour in January 2011. For the Grammys, Stafford layered Mirell’s cross and necklace like a seasoned fashion pro.
Worn by Stafford, Mirell’s Signature Cable cross is gray titanium and patented Black Ti cable. It retails for $199; suggested retail for the necklace is $339.
Separately, actress Jennifer Beals—probably best known for her role as an aspiring dancer in the 1982 movie Flashdance—wore a selection of Erica Courtney jewelry for a series of recent appearances to promote her new television series The Chicago Code, while comedienne Kathy Griffin, shown above, wore Courtney’s diamond flower hoop earrings to a pre-Emmy gala.
