Jim & Jackie Lee Houston’s Estate Jewelry Up for Auction March 21, 2022 (0 comments)
El Paseo, CA--The Estate Jewelry Collection is presenting the Jim & Jackie Lee Houston Auction beginning Wednesday with a preview event from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on the first day of the sale.
The auction website notes that the Houstons were vital to many non-profits in the Coachella Valley as philanthropists and entrepreneurs. The auction will hold many of their favorite pieces, worn at premier events throughout the community.
“We are proud to share these treasured pieces and special memories of these iconic philanthropists who made a significant difference in the Coachella Valley” says Lesley Grieve, owner of The Estate Jewelry Collection, in a statement. One of the pieces up for auction is a 45.76-carat pave diamond wristwatch originally purchased by Mae West from my mother in the 1980s and then resold through us to Jackie Lee in the early 2000s.”
