Towson, MD--Nelson Coleman Jewelers is holding a retirement sale at its Towson flagship store as fifth-generation jeweler Mark Coleman concludes a 50-year career with the company.

According to an announcement on Patch, the sale began March 5 and includes a wide range of jewelry, including the store's full estate collection. The Towson location at 307 E. Joppa Rd. is the sole site for the event, with regular store hours maintained throughout the sale period.

The update noted that Coleman spent decades assisting customers with milestone purchases, building long-term relationships with many clients. "It truly has been a privilege getting to know our customers for so many years," Coleman said in the announcement.

Amanda Coleman-Phelps, Coleman's niece, said the inclusion of the estate collection reflects his interest in history. She added that the sale features items such as diamond studs, tennis bracelets, colored gemstones, and bridal jewelry, with prices ranging from $25 to $100,000.

Coleman-Phelps also described Coleman as known for maintaining detailed relationships with customers and recalling personal milestones during visits.

The retirement sale commemorates Coleman's five decades with the business and is open to the public.
