Mike Alexander Named President of Jewelers Mutual Group July 30, 2025 (0 comments)

Neenah, WI--Mike Alexander has been promoted to president of Jewelers Mutual Group where he will focus on “operationalizing and driving strategy for continued growth and expansion of all commercial and personal business units, driving tighter alignment, communication and coordination across teams,” the jewelry industry insurance company said in a statement.

“Since joining Jewelers Mutual in 2015, Mike has consistently made his mark by developing innovative customer solutions, delivering strong business results, and inspiring those around him,” said Scott Murphy, Jewelers Mutual CEO. “I have full confidence in Mike’s leadership and capabilities and am certain that, with him in this role, we are well-positioned to execute our strategy and drive continued success.” 

Prior to his role at Jewelers Mutual, Alexander was the senior VP of National Sales and Strategy at National General Insurance (formerly GMAC Insurance) in Winston Salem, NC. His responsibilities included overseeing a variety of property and casualty products including auto, property, flood and commercial vehicles. 

“It has been an exciting ten years for me at Jewelers Mutual as we have diversified our business while keeping our customers at the core of our business,” Alexander said. “I look forward to further deepening our relationships with our customers, investing in technology and our teams, and better positioning us for today’s rapidly changing environment.” 

Alexander holds a Master of Arts degree in Geography and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography and History from the University of Delaware. He lives in Neenah with his wife and children.
