Novel Idea: Hamilton Jewelers Invites Another Retail Jeweler For Pop-Up Event March 08, 2021 (0 comments)
Palm Beach, FL—Inviting designers in for a special trunk show is a tried-and-true event for jewelers, but inviting an entirely different retail jewelry store to take over your space for a time? Not as much. Image: Hamilton Jewelers' location on Palm Beach's storied Worth Avenue.
But that’s exactly what Hamilton Jewelers is doing in its Palm Beach, FL store. The Palm Beach area—long the domain of well-to-do blue bloods—is experiencing an influx of young families. To introduce this new younger audience, Hamilton Jewelers invited Katherine Jetter, a jewelry designer and owner of The Vault in Nantucket and Boston, MA, to take over its Worth Avenue store for a two-week pop-up event kicking off on March 11 and running March 12-17. Jetter will bring an array of cutting-edge designs of both her own and other jewelers she carries in her shops.
Australian native Jetter founded her eponymous jewelry collection in 2008. A graduate gemologist, her signature work incorporates investment-grade precious gemstones set into fresh yet timeless settings. Jetter is a retailer as well. The founder and owner of The Vault, located in the Hotel Pippa on Nantucket, she recently debuted an appointment-only atelier of The Vault in Boston as well. She offers a bespoke service for collectors, as well as a collection of ready-to-wear jewelry aimed at the modern-day fine jewelry connoisseur.
