Great Neck, NY--Pary LeVian, the matriarch of the LeVian family, passed away in 2025 at 96, according to an announcement by the LeVian family on Facebook.

Born in 1929, Pary LeVian (Yafa bat Yitzhak z”l) was described as a dedicated figure committed to faith, family, and community service. The family noted her lifelong support for those in need and her consistent generosity and hospitality, which impacted many over the decades.
She was the wife of the late Abdulrahim Ephraim LeVian z”l and the mother of five children: the late Lawrence Yehuda LeVian z”l, Eddie LeVian, Liz Etessami, Moossa LeVian, and Suzy Liviem. The family stated that she leaves behind 89 direct living descendants.
According to the statement, her memory will be honored for her kindness, strength, and devotion to others. “May her memory forever be a blessing,” the LeVian family wrote in their announcement.
