According to a report by The Sun, the watch, made in 1871 and kept in pristine condition, belonged to a prominent figure in Freemasonry, William Cooper.

Radcliffe Jewelers' appraiser, Paul Winicki, highlighted the significance of a lever-set mechanism that added to the watch's unique value.

Made of 18-karat gold and engraved with the 33rd-degree Freemason crest, the piece, along with a gold chain, fob, and retractable pencil, is a rare and highly valuable collectible.
