Dallas, TX—Designer Lisa Nik appeared on a recent episode of The Broadcast on KTXD TV in Dallas. The designer’s pieces have appeared on celebrities such as Jenny McCarthy, Tyra Banks, and Geena Davis. Bachendorf’s, which carries the Lisa Nik collection exclusively in Dallas, is one of the designer’s first big retailers. She's shown with The Broadcast host Courtney Kerr. Watch the interview here.
Three Jewelers Win In Heather Moore’s “Charming Holiday” Sweepstakes
Cleveland, OH—Three jewelers nationwide were named as top participants in the recent “Charming Holiday” sweepstakes sponsored by designer Heather B. Moore. The top prize winner was David Craig, Newtown, PA; second prize went to Peter & Co., Avon Lake, OH; and third prize to Studio 2015, Woodstock, IL.
The sweepstakes was designed to help increase in-store traffic, grow retailers’ email marketing lists, and build store awareness. Billed as “A Charming Holiday” promotion, the sweepstakes offered entrants a chance to win a Heather B. Moore necklace with a retail value of $3,245, and a $1,500 Heather B. Moore gift certificate. The promotion ran from September 30 to November 10.
Customers could enter online at HeatherMooreJewelry.com or receive a store-specific sweepstakes card at any participating authorized Heather Moore retailer, and use the information on the card to complete the entry form online. There was a limit of two total entries allowed per day per person or email address. Sales associates were instructed to fill in their first and last name on the store-specific cards, and distribute the entry cards to as many customers as possible. No purchase was necessary, and entrants had to “opt in” to allow their information to be used in the retailer’s future email marketing.
Jewelers Mutual Celebrates The Holidays With A Jewelry Giveaway and $1,000 For Charity
Neenah, WI—Jewelers Mutual Insurance Company is launching the Stocking Stuffer Sweepstakes, where up to five jewelry gifts from Sarah's Hope Jewelry will be awarded. For the third year running, Jewelers Mutual looks forward to this partnership with Sarah's Hope, a socially responsible jewelry line that helps provide microloans and small business training to women in impoverished situations throughout the world and the U.S.
The sweepstakes is promoted through Jewelers Mutual's personal jewelry insurance brand, Perfect Circle Jewelry Insurance, and accessible via its respective Facebook page. The weeklong promotion kicked off December 16 and runs through noon CST on December 20.
On Friday, December 20, three lucky winners will randomly be chosen to each receive a beautiful pendant by Sarah's Hope Jewelry (approximate retail value $300). Participants may only enter the sweepstakes once, but have the opportunity to improve their chances of winning by receiving three extra entries for every additional friend who likes the Perfect Circle Jewelry Insurance Facebook page and enters the sweepstakes. In addition, if 50,000 Facebook likes are reached by the end of the promotional period, Jewelers Mutual will give away two additional jewelry prizes.

Throughout the holiday shopping season, Jewelers Mutual also supports its “Giving Back Locally” program, where participating retailers donate a percentage of Sarah's Hope jewelry sales to the local charity of their choice. Jewelers Mutual contributes an additional $1,000 donation to the jeweler who makes the largest contribution to a local charity during the promotional period.
