According to a press release by the retailer, the company acquired the 7,500-square-foot, three-story structure after previously assuming the lease in 2016. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed in the release. The jeweler noted that it also purchased the adjacent property at 107 East Oak Street in March 2024, giving the company ownership of both neighboring buildings.

The announcement outlines plans to combine the properties to double the retailer's presence on Oak Street. The expansion will feature three floors of designer jewelry and a bridal showroom, along with a fourth-level hospitality space.

"This purchase strengthens our presence on Oak Street," stated CEO Stan Razny in the release. The new space will also include a dedicated Rolex area spanning two floors, featuring private viewing rooms and an authorized service center.

As noted in the release, construction is scheduled to begin in the spring of 2026. Legal and advisory support for the transaction was provided by Field and Goldberg and Level One Advisory Group, with financing from Amalgamated Bank Chicago.
