Richemont Names New Heads for Cartier and Van Cleef & Arpels July 02, 2024 (0 comments)
Bellevue, Switzerland--Luxury goods holding company, Richemont, named new chief executive officers for luxury brands, Cartier and Van Cleef & Arpels.
Louis Ferla, currently CEO of Vacheron Constantin, will succeed Cyrille Vigneron as CEO of Cartier, effective September 1. Vigneron will retire after eight years at the helm of the renowned luxury brand.
Vigneron will assume the position of chairman of Cartier Culture & Philanthropy, effective September 1, and will work with Ferla to ensure a smooth transition, Richemont said in a statement.
Catherine Rénier, currently CEO of Jaeger-LeCoultre, will succeed Nicolas Bos as CEO of Van Cleef & Arpels, effective September 1.
Rénier will report to Bos, who was recently named CEO of Richemont.
Both management changes were announced by Richemont Tuesday in two separate statements.
Both executives have been with Richemont for more than 20 years serving in multiple positions with increasing responsibilities.
These are the latest of several management changes to Richemont during the past year.
