New York, NY--Ring Concierge is set to expand its retail presence beyond New York City with three new store openings this fall. The brand, known for its high-end engagement rings and fine jewelry, will open its first West Coast location on Saturday in Los Angeles at 10250 Santa Monica Boulevard. Additional stores will follow in Houston's Galleria and Town Center at Boca Raton in Florida.

According to a report by WWD, CEO Nicole Wegman explained that while e-commerce remains the company's primary revenue stream, brick-and-mortar locations represent an untapped opportunity. Currently, in-store sales account for less than 10% of the brand's revenue.

However, Wegman believes physical stores can contribute significantly to growth. The company's two New York City locations—generating $6,400 per square foot—have provided a successful expansion model. She noted in the report that 70% of in-store customers are first-time buyers, many of whom were familiar with the brand but hesitant to make online purchases.

Wegman emphasized the importance of expanding in markets with strong brand recognition, with Los Angeles being the brand's second-largest market after New York.

The report stated that although Houston is not as large a market for the brand, the decision to open there was driven by the potential of the high-traffic Galleria Mall, which offered a chance to increase brand visibility.

Ring Concierge, which started as a bridal-focused brand, has seen its fine jewelry line grow to represent 70% of its revenue. In thereport, Wegman highlighted that fine jewelry offers a broader appeal than the bridal category, which is tied to specific life milestones.

The new stores will feature the brand's complete offerings, from engagement rings to fine jewelry.
