Las Vegas, NV--A man reportedly disguised as a woman robbed two jewelry stores on the Las Vegas Strip.

According to a news report, the suspect used a hammer in the smash-and-grab robberies reported on August 30. The incidents were reported in the Fashion Show Mall.
Per the report, more than $130,000 in jewelry was stolen from the cases. The report added that the suspect used padding in his chest and buttock areas to disguise himself. Investigation teams contacted Maui Jewelers for an initial investigation into the case, but the store declined to provide surveillance footage of the incident.
The exact location of the second robbery was unknown, notes the report.
