Lafayette, LA—Jewelry manufacturer and supplier Stuller Inc., has been the target of a cyber-attack. The incident occurred early Saturday morning and has created a variety of operational issues for the company.

“We cannot express enough how frustrated and disappointed we are that this has occurred at all – particularly during this crucial time for our customers,” says Danny Clark, president. “Since our discovery of the cyber-attack, we have worked around the clock to prepare our business to serve our customers in all the ways they have grown accustomed to.”

At present, the company has no indication that customers’ information has been compromised, especially pertaining to credit card information. “Credit cards on customer accounts are both tokenized and encrypted and are not housed at Stuller,” says Clark.

Over the last several days. there has been significant progress on returning to normal business operations. While there is more to do, the company is getting closer and closer to that goal, says a release.

“As customers place orders this week we are committed to and anticipate meeting our quoted lead times and delivery dates,” says Clark. “Our phone services have been fully restored, and as always, customers can place orders on Stuller.com or chat with us.”
