El Paso, TX--According to the report by El Paso Inc., El Paso jeweler Susan Eisen has completed the Harvard Business School GIA Global Leadership Program, an executive program held at the Gemological Institute of America in Carlsbad, California.

The update noted that 100 participants from the global jewelry industry were selected.
The program centered on case studies covering customer experience, industry disruption, and organizational culture.
Eisen is a graduate gemologist and the only master gemologist appraiser in El Paso. She is the founder and chief designer of Susan Eisen Fine Jewelry, Watches, Art and Appraising.
