Los Angeles, CA—Hollywood’s biggest television stars celebrated their achievements at the 68th Primetime Emmy Awards and related parties. After the Oscars, this is one of jewelry's biggest nights in Hollywood. For many, platinum jewelry and other leading luxury brands were the top choice to accessorize their red carpet entrance to the Microsoft Theatre on September 18.
Platinum Guild International USA (PGI USA) partnered with StyleLab as part of its Emmy Suite, where leading style expert and television personality Michael O’Connor (below) curated a selection of luxurious platinum pieces from renowned brands. Many of the featured platinum jewelry pieces involved in this event made their way to the red carpet adorning various Emmy-nominated celebrities.

Maura Tierney (below), Kirsten Dunst, Lili Taylor, Allison Janney, Lara Spencer, and Emmy Rossum wore platinum jewelry by Fred Leighton. Tierney wore 1930s diamond and aquamarine earrings, and a 19th century rose cut diamond cluster ring. Dunst wore a 1920s 6.0-carat cushion cut diamond ring, and Rossum wore 1920s diamond and natural pearl pendant earrings, 1930s diamond line bracelet. Lili Taylor wore a 1930s platinum and diamond choker, platinum and diamond hexagonal stud earrings signed Fred Leighton, a 1920s lozenge shaped diamond ring, and a 1920s cushion cut diamond and onyx ring.
Allison Janney wore a 1920s diamond and platinum ring and Lara Spencer wore a 1920s diamond geometric bracelet.
Alexandra Billings wore a platinum and diamond necklace from the Symphony Collection by Gumuchian.
Charissa Thompson wore Michael Bondanza’s platinum and diamond earrings inspired by Brooklyn Heights during an “Extra” segment on Sept. 20
Supermodel and fashion icon Heidi Klum wore 32 carat platinum double pear shape diamond earrings, a diamond shield snake ring with 2 carats of diamonds, and a 10 carat diamond ring, all from Lorraine Schwartz.
Actress Kirsten Bell wore platinum jewelry by Harry Winston: chandelier diamond earrings, 9.2 carats; a marquise cluster diamond bracelet, 44.35 carats, a round brilliant diamond ring, 3.69 carats, and a diamond band ring:

Davis wore cluster diamond chandelier earrings, 16.39 carats; a secret combination diamond bracelet, 68.75 carats, and a traffic diamond ring, 1.43 carats. Dockery wore Winston cluster diamond earrings, 14.74 carats, a Sunflower diamond twin ring, 1.96 carats, a diamond band ring, 1.63 carats, and a sparkling cluster diamond ring, 2.33 carats.
Jeweler Neil Lane dressed actresses Priyanka Chopra, Joanne Froggatt, Olivia Culpo, and Lily Tomlin.
Chopra wore 10 carat diamond and platinum earrings and a 10 carat diamond and platinum ring. Tomlin wore sapphire, diamond and platinum bracelets, ring, and earrings. Froggatt wore a diamond and platinum baguette ring, another diamond and platinum ring, and onyx, diamond, and platinum line bracelet and teardrop earrings.
Culpo wore tri-colored diamond and platinum ball earrings and a diamond, pearl and platinum ring.
Anika Noni Rose wore platinum jewelry by Chopard: from the “High Jewelry Collection,” earrings of 3.09 carats radiant cut diamonds and .38 carats of pave diamonds, set in platinum and a “High Jewelry Collection” ring with a 4.03 carat brilliant-cut diamond and 0.14 carats of diamond accents set in platinum.
Connie Britton wore platinum by Beladora: Art Deco diamond bracelet and diamond ring, and a Garrard diamond ring.
