New York, NY--Tiffany & Co. will open the renovated Fifth Avenue flagship store, dubbed the Landmark, on April 28.

In an interview with Crain’s New York Business, CEO Anthony Ledru outlined the company's goals to cater to a more exclusive clientele and offer higher-priced products. The store, now under the umbrella of luxury giant LVMH, has undergone a transformation designed to elevate the brand and increase desirability.
In the interview, Ledru shared his two favorite parts of the store: the ground floor with a 1940s layout and the exclusive 10th-floor penthouse for VIP clients. The store features a varied aesthetic on each floor, with an onsite Blue Box Cafe by Daniel Boulud for visitors to enjoy.
With plans to expand in Europe and other markets, Ledru stated in the interview that he aims to grow Tiffany's presence globally while still focusing on growth in the Americas. The Landmark renovation represents a significant investment by LVMH, with hopes of long-term impact and increased sales.
The store, per the report, will also feature limited edition watches and collaborations with brands like Supreme and Nike, emphasizing a mix of heritage and modernity.
