Vermont Woman Charged With $7,000 Engagement Ring Theft June 27, 2023 (0 comments)
South Burlington, VT--A woman was charged with stealing a high-value engagement ring from a South Burlington jewelry store.

According to a WCAX report, the incident reportedly transpired at Bella Lusso Jewelry, located in the University Mall, on May 27. The report noted that a female customer requested to examine the ring and, upon receiving it, made a swift exit.
The report added that further investigation, which included the analysis of surveillance video, led authorities to Amanda Brunelle, a 36-year-old resident of Essex Junction. Brunelle was arrested last week, with a court arraignment scheduled for Monday.
As per the report, the police said that, despite these developments, the engagement ring, worth an estimated $7,000, remains missing.
