According to a report by Jewish Image Magazine, the 5,000-square-foot space includes new seating and a bar area designed to improve customer experience. The store also features dedicated areas for brands like Bvlgari, Breitling, IWC, and Tudor.

The report added that a separate section highlights Rolex, where William Barthman provides official sales and maintenance services. The jeweler's selection includes Italian brands such as Roberto Coin and Damiani, along with Baccarat crystal items. Repair services for jewelry and watches continue to be a mainstay.

Founded in 1884, William Barthman is known for its personalized service and the "Clock in the Sidewalk" landmark in the Financial District. Ownership by the Natkin family since 1983 has maintained this focus on customer engagement.

The anniversary event featured Italian refreshments and showcased Bvlgari's collections. According to the report, attendees also viewed Certified Pre-Owned Rolex timepieces, which were verified for authenticity and condition.
