Wilson & Son Wins Top Business Award March 15, 2011 (2 comments)
Scarsdale, NY—Wilson & Son Jewelers, one of the oldest jewelry businesses in Westchester County, will become the first jeweler ever inducted into the Westchester County Business Hall of Fame. The fourth-generation, family-owned business will be honored for “Family Business Success” at The Business Council of Westchester’s 10th anniversary Hall of Fame awards dinner on April 14.
“We are in the business of helping our customers create memories that will last a lifetime, or like Wilson & Son Jewelers, that last for generations,” said Matt Wilson, president of Wilson & Son Jewelers. “We cherish all our customers: those who come back through the years to mark life’s milestones and those who are coming to us for the first time. Being the first jeweler inducted into the Westchester County Business Hall of Fame is a family milestone for us, one that we will enjoy sharing with our customers, our staff, and our vendors.”

The firm has two stores in Scarsdale and Mt. Kisco, NY.
In addition to Wilson & Son Jewelers, four other Westchester businesses are being honored at the event, They are The Dannon Company, Inc., for corporate citizenship; WESTMED Medical Group, for entrepreneurial success; Westchester magazine for small business success, and Dr. Molly Easo Smith, president of Manhattanville College, for women in business success.
