Las Vegas, NV--The Women’s Jewelry Association (WJA) held its annual Rise and Shine Networking Breakfast at CHICA Las Vegas during the Las Vegas jewelry shows. The event was attended by 200 retailers, designers, manufacturers, and emerging leaders.

WJA President Gabrielle Grazi explained the organization’s continued evolution and renewed commitment to member-focused programming.

“We’re building what’s next, and we’re building it for you,” Grazi said. “Every initiative moving forward is about creating real value for your careers, your companies, and your communities. This isn’t just a moment. It’s a movement.”

WJA Foundation President, Nikia Levesque-Meyer, told attendees that there is a 19% increase in scholarship applications. She also announced the launch of a new scholarship dedicated to supporting bench jewelers.

“More women are stepping up and investing in themselves—and we’re here to back them,” Levesque-Meyer said. “We’re proud to support growth and leadership at every level in our industry.”

WJA’s Rise and Shine Breakfast, sponsored by Julius Klein Diamonds, “is a cornerstone of the WJA mission to foster professional growth, leadership and a sense of belonging among women in the jewelry and watch industry,” WJA said in a statement.
