WJA, PGI Offer Responsible Business Education Grant; Application Deadline Is October 31 October 13, 2021 (0 comments)

New York, NY—In April 2021, the Women's Jewelry Association Foundation established its Responsible Sourcing and Sustainability Education Fund, and will be awarding Responsible Business Education Grants for two individuals to enroll in a three-month sustainability course at New York University's School of Business Executive Education. This grant is sponsored by Platinum Guild International, as part of its ongoing commitment to supporting responsible business practices within the jewelry industry. Image: PGI

Courses such as “Corporate Sustainability” are designed for professionals in small and large companies alike to help their businesses become a positive force for change through sustainable supply chain management, employee and consumer engagement, sustainability-focused marketing and more.

Applications are due by October 31, 2021. Applicants must be current members of WJA for at least one year prior to applying and must submit responses to essay questions demonstrating their commitment to responsible sourcing and sustainability practices in their career and/or business. Click here for the application.
