New York, NY--New York, NY -- The Women’s Jewelry Association has announced an open call for positions on its 2023 International Board of Directors.
For nearly 40 years, WJA has provided a platform for women and professionals in the jewelry and watch industry to network, collaborate and mentor each other.
“We are on the search for energetic, community-driven, and strategic thinkers who will join our family and help us create impactful programming for the jewelry and watch industry,” WJA said in a statement.
Volunteer opportunities include seats on the sponsorship, communications, mentorship, membership, event planning and diversity committees. The all-volunteer board meets quarterly and provide the ability to network, exercise leadership skills and work creatively with peers in the industry.
“We deeply value diversity and welcome professionals, entrepreneurs and consultants from all backgrounds, including BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ candidates, to serve on our board. Men are also welcome to apply for a board position,” WJA says.
