Digital Tools Jewelers May Want To Check Out

I wanted to share some great tools that help make my digital marketing life much easier. You may find them useful! Cheers.
Mozwww.moz.comMoz is my favorite SEO tool. If you want to get ranked on the first page of google, you need to first be creating lots of content throughout your website. Moz helps you plan your content around powerful keywords, and also helps scan your site for other SEO tips and adjustments. It’s a bit expensive (I don’t know if lots of small stores will justify $100+/month just for the software), but you may want to consider it.Rival IQwww.rivaliq.comRival IQ, I think, is one of the coolest tools out there. It’s a social media analytics tool - allowing you to not only spy on your competitors, but also empowering your own. One of my favorite features of Rival IQ is that you can quickly export a report of key social media metrics and benchmarks. The downfall is that this software is expensive. $200-$500/month is what it’ll cost you.Bufferwww.buffer.comAt the super low cost of FREE, Buffer lets you schedule your social media posts in advance from multiple accounts. It also helps analyze the performance of your posts. All-in-all, it just makes your social media campaigns run smoother and with ease. I highly recommend check them out.Hubspotwww.hubspot.comAnother free program (with paid higher level subscriptions), Hubspot is one of the programs I use religiously in my marketing. It’s an all-in-one contact management system that has loads of great built in marketing features. It’s how I keep track of all my contacts and clients. It lets me know when people have opened my email - which is reason enough for me to use it. But additionally, it tells me when they’ve opened my documents and how long they’ve read it. So if I have a new company interested in hiring me to develop a website, I can see if they’re spending time reading my pricing and promotional materials. This gives me an accurate gauge on their interest level. Hubspot also helps me automate emails and follow ups, so my outreach efforts become so much easier. Live Chatwww.livechatinc.comIf you don’t have a live chat feature on your website, you’re missing out on reaching potential customers while they’re in the research phase. This is a FANTASTIC opportunity that you need to take seriously. I pay about $20/month to have LiveChat on my site. At any time, I can click to be available or unavailable for chats. Then chat messages are directed to my desktop or cell phone via the app. Visitors love being able to ask questions right on the spot. This is a great chance for you to be helpful and position yourself for the sale. Plus, you can choose to have the visitor enter their name and email to chat with you - so you’ll be able to follow up.
