Rochester, NY--Jeweler Olivia Cornell of Cornell’s Jewelers in Rochester, NY, talks to The Centurion about reuniting staff with a quarantini party (with the store’s signature Cornell-tini cocktail that goes down “too easy,” in Cornell’s words). She also she talks about managing traffic (and irate customers) to comply with social distancing, making their numbers, and the categories that customers are shopping for.

Cornell’s also has a process for taking in rings for repairs: customers must drop them into a special jar with cleaning and sterilizing solution first, then store staff will use a tweezers to retrieve them and examine them for the repair.
