Love Locked Down! Upscale Jewelers Launch Video Contest With Zillion Jewelry Insurance June 10, 2020 (0 comments)


San Francisco, CA—Six leading luxury jewelers, in partnership with Zillion Jewelry Insurance, have launched a consumer video contest that will award a $5,000 honeymoon vacation voucher to one American couple who got engaged or married during the coronavirus pandemic.

The six fine jewelry retailers are The Source Fine Jewelers, Victor, NY; Henne Jewelers, Pittsburgh, PA; Marks Jewelers, Montgomeryville, PA; Greene & Co, Beverly Hills, CA; Yadav Diamonds & Jewelry, San Francisco, CA; and I.D. Jewelry, New York, NY. 

“During this unprecedented time when love is needed more than ever before, we want to encourage couples to share their unique versions of these most time-honored traditions with the world,” says Adam Black, managing director of Zillion.

To enter, couples are asked to submit a video of a wedding ceremony or a marriage proposal that took place during the coronavirus pandemic. Couples that don’t have a video of the actual event may still enter by submitting a video of themselves answering some questions about their special day: 

The contest began June 9 and will run for ten consecutive days. The deadline to submit entries is June 19, 2020, at 11:59 p.m. Pacific time. Voting will begin immediately after and conclude June 30, 2020 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific time. The couple with the most total votes, based on the total number of votes received on the Official Contest Page, will be declared the winner and will be notified via email by July 2. 

Official entry rules and voting details are as follows: 

To enter, couples must:

1) Upload their contest entry to one of two popular video sharing sites, YouTube or Vimeo. 

2) Visit the Love Locked Down Contest Page to fill out the official contest entry form. (Contestants will be asked to provide a Youtube or Vimeo link to their contest video entry.) 

3) Post, tag, and share a photo of the engagement, engagement ring, wedding ceremony, or the happy couple to Instagram using the hashtags #lovelockeddown and #azillionwaystosayido

The contest winner will be determined by public vote. Qualified contest video submissions and voting polls will be hosted on the official Love Locked Down Contest Page. Couples can encourage their followers, friends, and family members to vote for their Loved Locked Down Video Contest entry by sharing the official contest page on their social media, by text, & email.
