Amber’s Designs and Fine Jewelry Expands with New Building in Katy September 04, 2024 (0 comments)
Katy, TX--Amber Gustafson, owner of Amber's Designs and Fine Jewelry in Katy, announced the groundbreaking of a new store building on August 12. The event, held at 5510 Roberts Road in Old Town Katy, officially took place on May 29.
According to a news report in Katy Times, the upcoming 5,200-square-foot, two-story building will feature an expanded jewelry showroom on the ground floor, showcasing master bench jewelers through a large glass window.
The second floor will provide additional studio workspace and corporate offices equipped with modern jewelry technology and enhanced security measures. The construction is expected to be completed by mid-2025.
Amber’s Designs, currently at 722 Pin Oak, has been a fixture in the Katy community since 2001. Known for custom jewelry design, in-house repairs, and appraisals, Gustafson and her 15-member team have garnered multiple awards for their craftsmanship.
Gustafson, a bench jeweler since 1979, also serves as the President of The Texas Jeweler’s Association and is active in several trade organizations.
