Forevermark Pairs With Rahaminov's O and Key Collections
New York, NY—Forevermark and Rahaminov Diamonds, Los Angeles, announce that Rahaminov’s new O Collection (left) and its Key Collection designs now are available with Forevermark diamonds.
“The O and Key Collections from Rahaminov Diamonds not only capture and shine the spotlight on the beauty of each Forevermark diamond, but also offers our retail partners a brilliant variety of new styles and innovative designs to entice consumers in store," says Forevermark U.S. Inc. president Charles Stanley.
The 'O Collection' by Tamara Rahaminov Goldfiner is an award-winning design to showcase the natural beauty of each Forevermark diamond. The collection, an assortment of fun pieces for the sophisticated modern woman, incorporates round Forevermark diamonds of various sizes into rings, earrings, pendants and bracelets, set in variety of gold colors. Combining texture, movement, and curvilinear designs, the 'O Collection' emphasizes the elegance of a round diamond with a fresh modern look. Forevermark 'O Collection' pieces were worn by American Idol winner Jordin Sparks during a recent appearance on The Today Show.
The desire and demand for classic diamond pieces inspired firm's Key Collection, a line of essential and timeless jewelry with an unexpected modern flair that’s aimed at a younger generation.
Amir Goldfiner of Rahaminov Diamonds said, "We are very excited to be venturing with Forevermark. We consider it an honor to be part of the program, and are also very enthusiastic about working with the Forevermark jewelers. We will work hard to help contribute to the success of this project for all involved."
Having launched internationally in 2009, Forevermark officially launches into the U.S. consumer marketplace this fall. Forevermark Diamantaire partners include Dali Diamond/A. Link, Diarough NV/Emby International, Eurostar Diamonds International SA, Julius Klein Diamond LLC, Leo Schachter Diamonds Ltd., Pluczenik Diamond Company, Premier Gem, Rosy Blue PVT. Ltd., Trau Bros NV, HRA Crossworks, and Venus Jewel. Forevermark diamonds will be available in select prestige independent jewelers nationwide; at press time, more than 54 stores were slated to become Forevermark retailers.
Separately, Forevermark will partner with Historic Royal Palaces to support the re-presentation of the Tower of London's Jewel House and the Crown Jewels. The revamped exhibit will open to the public in early 2012 to coincide with the Queen's Diamond Jubilee and the London Olympic Games, and will give the Crown Jewels new displays, showing the jewels like never before.
The exhibition will explore the importance of the Crown Jewels to the British Monarchy, the role of the Tower of London in protecting these treasures, and the tradition of coronations of England. The Crown Jewels, displayed at the Tower of London since 1661, are the most powerful symbols of the British monarchy and hold deep religious and cultural significance. The collection holds some of the most legendary and extraordinary diamonds in the world, including the Cullinan I and II (530.2 and 317.4 carats respectively) and the Koh-i- Nûr (105.6 carats).
Lazare Kaplan to Give Away Diamond Ring in Consumer App Contest
New York, NY—Lazare Kaplan International Inc. (LKI) has launched a pre-holiday contest on the heels of its successful “Lazare Diamond 4C’s App.” With an “ideal” cut, laser-inscribed Lazare Diamond Ring at stake, potential winners are encouraged to share their “ideal” proposal and enter the contest beginning today.
Through October 14, applicants can submit their “ideal” proposal via Lazare’s contest website, Facebook Page, in-person at their local Lazare Diamond retailer, or on The Lazare Diamond 4C’s App. The Lazare Diamond 4C’s App is available on iPhone, iPad, and Android devices, and includes a geographic locator that identifies the participant’s closest Lazare Diamond retailer.
On October 21, a panel of judges will announce three finalists on Lazare’s contest website, Facebook and Twitter pages. At that time the public will be invited to vote for the grand prize winner. As the anticipation builds for the finalists, it will also build for Lazare Diamond retailers across the United States, as they too wait to find out if their store will host the winner. On or around November 7, the three finalists will be sent to their local participating Lazare Diamond retailer, where the grand prize will be awarded.
“It was an exciting venture for us to launch The Lazare Diamond 4C’s App, a user-friendly tool for retailers and consumers alike to better understand a diamond’s most important characteristics,” says Marcee Feinberg, LKI vice president. “Now it’s exciting to promote this contest through social media platforms as well as in the retail stores.”
To be eligible to win the grand prize, contestants must be 18 years of age or older and legal U.S. residents. For the complete official rules and requirements, visit http://contest.lazarediamonds.com.
