Chicago, IL--Burdeen’s Jewelry has expanded its presence in Chicago’s upscale Gold Coast neighborhood with the completion of two major projects.

As per a report by REBusinessOnline, Summit Design + Build has successfully executed an adaptive reuse project at 120 E. Oak St. and undertaken interior renovations at Burdeen’s existing store at 11 E. Walton St., at the base of the Waldorf Astoria.

The new Burdeen’s store at 120 E. Oak St. now occupies over 10,000 square feet across two floors and is part of a larger building that also houses luxury brands Panerai and IWC.

This flagship location, designed by Hirsch MPG, includes a state-of-the-art watchmaking studio, a transparent glass floor, and a large skylight. This addition brings Burdeen’s total to four locations in the Chicago area.

Meanwhile, the renovated space at 11 E. Walton St. features dedicated sections for luxury brands Jaeger-LeCoultre, Roger Dubuis, and Piaget. Architectural firm Dunne Kozlowski was responsible for these interior upgrades.
