Tokyo, Japan--Casio Computer Co., Ltd. has announced the release of its new A120WEST digital watch, inspired by the Netflix sensation Stranger Things. This collaboration model weaves elements from the show that has attracted audiences worldwide with its throwbacks to 1980s small-town America, supernatural events and secret experiments.

Stranger Things, set in the 1980s, chronicles the mysterious disappearance of a young boy from a quaint midwestern town, unraveling a sequence of events tied to secret experiments, supernatural forces, and an enigmatic little girl.
According to a news release, the A120WEST model, based on the A120, channels the vibe of Casio's digital watches released in the 1980s. The design draws inspiration from the show's 'Upside Down,' a parallel, alternate dimension.
The release noted that the watch face mirrors the world of Stranger Things with vibrant, 80s-style front buttons and a Demogorgon, a creature from the show, positioned at the center. Pressing the LED light button reveals the show's name printed upside down, hinting at the existence of another world. The back of the case and the translucent band feature eerie tentacle designs, indicating the connection between the human world and the "Upside Down."
The watch comes in a specially designed package adorned with images of the characters from the show.
