Merrick, NY—Centurion, always a leader in new technology, announces the Centurion App for iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad, and Android devices.

“We strive each year to make working the show less work and more pleasure,” says Centurion president Howard Hauben.

The app is a quick download and free of charge. It is customized for Centurion through the Conventionist app. To locate, simply search for The Conventionist app. Download and install. Then search for Centurion within The Conventionist and download the handy guide to the Centurion Show.

The app offers and easy schedule at a glance, in a daily format. The customized content contains:

The “My Schedule” area is a very useful element of the app, says Hauben. Items and events from other parts of the app can be sent directly to the “My Schedule” area.

There should be a function where you go into exhibitors list and select the company you have an appointment with and then it gets added to My Schedule and you select the time.  This way the appointments and events are all list in My Schedule.

Thanks,

Great app! I’d love to add my company’s description to the exhibitors list, how do I do that?

Thanks for the app! It is a great tool and nice to have the detailed info. I agree with David that the one thing missing is the ability to add the selected time of appointments with the exhibitors.

See you in Tucson!

Hi David and Naomi—that is coming but the App just got approval from Apple to have the basic exhibitor list to be able to be added one by one to the To Do list. Believe me, the add exhibitor appointment detail and date/time is next on our list for the next show.

Thanks, Jeanne. We plan to get that done for the next edition! See you at Centurion!

Done!...As they say “That was easy”! Now you just need QR codes everywhere to showcase your hardworking exhibitors.

See you next week.
