●  Sales Executive: Motivation, passion and a customer centric mindset are important to the success in this role as an advocate for the D.W. brand and very mission. The goal would be to communicate with existing and future retail clients, while maintaining the brand image and impactful service for the long term. Connecting with luxury independent retailers on a global scale will provide the individual with a highly sought after opportunity.

● Regional Brand Ambassador: With an innovative approach to sales and a genuine persona, the right individual would be required to bring new retail opportunities. Ideal for the traveling salesperson with reputable client relations in the fine jewelry arena, this opportunity opens a host of new sales options by adding luxury diamond classics with a proven universal appeal to the repertoire. 

● Director of Product Development: Adept at process integration and performance rating, the candidate would be required to possess a hybrid of inventory management skills and quality control monitoring. The goal would be to efficiently streamline the order fulfillment process. Conversing with clients on a regular basis, the individual would create long term relationships with some of the most defined independent high end retail contacts. 

● Marketing Manager: An internal marketing position would entail graphic design expertise, conceptualization techniques and PR know how, as well as knowledge of strategic B2B outreach and target market evaluation. Product review and analytics will be required to determine primary and alternative sales and marketing strategies, as well as display aesthetics, sales presentations and seasonal event planning. As the primary marketing representative at the firm, the role would entail attendance of trade shows and special events.
