Geneso, NY--David Mann of David Mann Jewelers is retiring after 35 years by holding a retirement sale with savings of up to 70%.

David Mann Jewelers has a 70-year history. David started out in the food business at his in-laws’ jewelry store in Geneseo on weekends. After his father-in-law’s retirement, he decided to keep the store in the family and move the business into fine jewelry. He purchased the store and changed the name to David Mann Jewelers in 1989. Under David’s leadership and big personality, the store became known for its welcoming and fun atmosphere.

Over the years, David Mann Jewelers has been involved in the community through participation in the Geneseo Rotary Club, Main Street Merchants Association and his support for various local organizations and events. David Mann is also a long-time member of the Independent Jewelers Association (IJO) and the Retail Jewelers Organization (RJO).

David expressed his gratitude to the community for their support. “It’s been a pleasure to serve such terrific, caring and kind people,” he said. “The jewelry business is about celebration and making people feel good, and I’m very fortunate to have been part of that for my customers and their families for so many years.”

David plans to travel with his wife, Denise, after his retirement and visiting with family, including their two children, granddaughter and David’s mother in-law.
