In an obituary by Professional Jeweller, Matt Stuller, founder of Stuller, regarded High as a powerful visionary for the future. He recalled spending countless hours with High discussing the industry's direction and noted his natural inclination toward technology.

Stuller mentioned that High was always tinkering with gadgets and never quite satisfied with anything he touched. When High believed in a vision, he was a fierce debater who saw endless possibilities ahead. Stuller expressed that High's work at Gemvision and Stuller will influence the industry for decades and felt grateful for their time together, though it was far too short.

Stuller's president, Danny Clark, added in the obituary that High was always focused on the future. Those fortunate enough to have spent time with him witnessed the power and inspiration of his vision firsthand. Even as the team worked on his latest idea, High was already reinventing it. Clark remarked that this was the magic of High, a quality that will be deeply missed.
