New York—Renowned jewelry designer Yvel announces the addition of Duvall O’Steen to represent the jewelry brand in the United States and Canada. Based in New York City, she will be responsible for marketing, communications, and strategic growth of the brand in the North American market. She joins Dani Chorost, who will continue to serve as the firm’s U.S. operations manager in the New York office.
O’Steen joins Yvel following an 11-year tenure with World Gold Council, where she served as WGC’s director of jewelry PR and promotion. She directed all trade communications efforts for the WGC’s U.S. team, including retail promotions, sales training, product development and special events.
“We are excited to welcome Duvall to the Yvel family,” says Isaac Levy, president of Yvel. “Duvall’s extensive relationships and expertise in the jewelry industry will allow us to grow the brand in the U.S. and Canada and help us to expand Yvel’s market share while also increasing consumer recognition and brand awareness.”

“Gold may be my first love,” says Duvall, “but pearls are quickly becoming my true love.”
