Hamilton Jewelers Invests in Team Excellence Through University Program at The Nassau Club August 21, 2024 (0 comments)
Princeton, NJ--Hamilton Jewelers announced on Instagram that it recently held its annual Hamilton Jewelers University (HJU) program, a three-day event aimed at integrating new employees into the company's culture.

The event took place in early August at The Nassau Club, where the jewelry chain's newest hires participated in training sessions to enhance teamwork, collaboration, and industry knowledge.
In an Instagram post, CEO Hank Siegel highlighted the importance of this program, which has been a part of the company's culture since the late 1990s.
"I am proud to present the Hamilton Jewelers university program class of 2024!" Siegel wrote on Instagram. "An amazing group who embraced learning, teamwork, and professional growth during our 3 day program. Congratulations to all!
This year's program featured 15 sessions led by members of Hamilton Jewelers' executive leadership, owners, and other experienced staff. The training covered various aspects of the jewelry business and focused on fostering employee collaboration.
