According to a news release, Proximity's platform, which connects customer data with advanced technology, offers tools for sales associates to deliver more tailored and efficient service. Cathy McCabe, CEO and Co-Founder of Proximity expressed optimism about the collaboration, highlighting in the news release that their platform will deepen customer relationships and support Helzberg's business growth.
