Kerrville, TX--James Avery Artisan Jewelry has been named a 2025 US Best Managed Company. According to a news release, the program, sponsored by Deloitte Private and The Wall Street Journal, recognizes private U.S. companies demonstrating excellence in strategy, execution, corporate culture, governance, and financial performance.

The report stated that James Avery was selected as part of a competitive process, with honorees evaluated by an external panel of judges on four key criteria: strategic planning, execution, commitment to people, and financial performance. The Best Managed Companies program recognizes firms that maintain strong governance, prioritize customer focus, and cultivate a positive work culture.

John McCullough, CEO of James Avery Artisan Jewelry, credited the achievement to the company’s associates, noting their dedication to the brand’s purpose and their craftsmanship.

Founded in the Texas Hill Country, James Avery Artisan Jewelry designs and crafts more than 90% of its pieces in Texas. The brand operates over 130 retail stores in four states, along with e-commerce platforms and partnerships with major retailers, including Dillard’s and Von Maur, as per the news release.

James Avery joins a global group of Best Managed Companies, which spans 44 countries. The program is open to private U.S. companies with revenues of at least $250 million.
