Geneva, Switzerland--Luxury watchmaker Patek Philippe showcased its achievements in a new authorized biography by Nicholas Foulkes, titled Patek Philippe: The Authorized Biography.

The book, per its listing, celebrates the iconic minds of both Antoine Norbert de Patek and Adrien Philippe.
The report adds that the biography is spread over 544 pages of unseen documents from the company's archives. The work features exclusive interviews from owners and workers associated with the historic brand.
Some of the notable tales in the book include stories behind timepieces bought by Queen Victoria and her husband, Prince Albert, among other stories.
"I am very pleased to see the history of my family's company come to life in this excellent volume," said Philippe Stern, Honorary President of Patek Philippe, as per the book's bio. "This is the first time the Patek Philippe archive has been accessed and brought to life in a factual and definitive work. Nicholas Foulkes has perfectly recreated the atmosphere and details of our remarkable journey so far."
The 600-image rich copy can be purchased from the brand's official website, with its delivery said to be between 10 to 30 working days after placing the order.
The book is priced at CHF 220 ($236).
