Akron, OH--Signet Jewelers has announced that it raised more than $4 million to benefit St. Jude Children's Research Hospital during the 2020 holiday season and the St. Jude Thanks and Giving® campaign.

This latest contribution increases the amount that Signet has raised for St. Jude over the last 22 years to $81 million. Signet raised the money three ways - by donating proceeds from the sale of plush puppies and bears at its stores, inspiring customers to donate money at the register, and inspiring employees to make personal donations.

Signet also supports the jewelrty industry's charity Jewelers for Children, which itself is also a major donor to St. Jude.

"As a company with a purpose of inspiring love, we're passionate about supporting St. Jude in its critical mission to help children fight cancer and other life-threatening diseases, and so are our employees and customers," said Virginia C. Drosos, CEO, Signet Jewelers. "In fact, since we first began our partnership with St. Jude 22 years ago, we've raised more than $81 million. I'm also thrilled that this year's contribution moves us closer to completing our most recent commitment toward funding the hospital's $50 million Kay Research & Care Center."
