The Inaugural NYC Autumn Jewelry and Object Show Will Be Held in November July 07, 2023 (0 comments)
New York, NY--The inaugural NYC Autumn Jewelry and Object Show during the NYC Jewelry Week, from November 16-19 at the Metropolitan Pavilion. The show will focus on antique and period jewels. There will also be some contemporary designers. It is open to the trade and consumers.
The show is organized by KIL Promotions, which was founded by Konstantinos I. Leoussis, for the specific purpose of putting on this show. Leoussis is also the founder of KIL N.Y.C., a company that specializes in antique jewelry. Leoussis says he created the show because of the few antique jewelry shows in New York and the cost and other barriers of exhibiting.
“I wanted to create a new and exciting jewelry event due to the dwindling number of jewelry related trade shows in the tri-state area that could bring all sorts of dealers, collectors and object lovers together from all paths of life,” he said in a statement. “This is an amazing opportunity for antique jewelry dealers, watch dealers, contemporary jewelry designers and object sellers to showcase their items in one of the greatest cities in the world, in an uplifting and supportive environment. We truly want our vendors to succeed and are sparing no expense to help achieve this.”
He says the new show will be an immersive, engaging experience for consumers and the trade. Vendors are encouraged to showcase pieces in the curated setting, sharing the history and cultural significance of each. There will be influencer partnerships as well. He says the show will be affordable by exhibitors with pricing that will be competitive for buyers.
He adds, that “high quality vendors are being handpicked from around the world, from renowned dealers to up-and-coming jewelry designers, ensuring attendees experience a diverse range of sellers.”
A follow-up NYC Spring Jewelry and Object Show is tentatively planned for April 2024, as well as a Tokyo Jewelry and Object Show, debuting in Japan during the summer of 2024.
