Carbondale, IL--A vehicle crashed into a jewelry store at 1200 Block of W Main Street on Sunday night.

According to a news report, the police found the vehicle crashed into the front of TJ's Fine Jewelry. The driver, Jeffrey Bautch, 45, was treated for non-life-threatening injuries at a local hospital.

"To all of our wonderful customers: Every piece of jewelry is safe and secure," read the store's Facebook post, which had a video of the damages.

According to the report, the police arrested Bautch and pressed multiple charges, including DUI and improper lane usage. No one else was injured in the accident. The building, however, was significantly damaged.
