New York, NY--Fine jewelry brand, VIBHOR, has acquired San Diego-based jewelry brand ALOR, known for its cable designs and integration of stainless steel with 14k gold.

VIBHOR in a statement said the acquisition allows to solidify its presence within the luxury jewelry market and deepen its reach into high-end retail and international avenues.

Established in 1979, by Sandy and Jack Zemer and named for their son’s Ori and Tal, ALOR has consistently set itself apart as a trailblazer in contemporary luxury jewelry, harmoniously blending casual elegance with avant-garde design.

The integration of ALOR will preserve the brand’s identity and design heritage, while leveraging VIBHOR’s infrastructure, operations, and distribution network for growth, VIBHOR said.

Both companies said they are committed to ensuring a seamless transition for customers, retailers, and employees. New are expected to debut in mid to late 2026.
