It’s true that they are willing to job-hop to find more fulfilling work, but it doesn’t mean they have to jump from your business. To keep them engaged, make sure their job has purpose (they want to be part of an important cause), be transparent and keep them in the loop, let them decide how best to accomplish the goal you’ve given them, and be sure to recognize good performance often. For example, sharing sales performance metrics with the whole team or holding fun contests and celebrations when a big sale is made.
