New York, NY—The Plumb Club has launched a new series of podcasts featuring the brain trust of Plumb Club members and designed to help retailers boost their sales.

“The brain trust contained within our membership is astounding,” said Michael O’Connor, marketing director for The Plumb Club. “Our members are some of the most intelligent, respected, and well-known people in the industry. Therefore, we decided to highlight their immense knowledge and insight to help retailers.”

With the success of The Plumb Club podcast series, Plumb Club members were asked to develop topics that are of interest and relevance to jewelry retailers today.

The first two member podcasts are available now. One features Mark Hanna, chief marketing officer for the Richline Group, who discusses how corporate responsibility is a competitive advantage for jewelers targeting Millennial and Gen-Z consumers. He provides consumer research statistics that point out the importance of “purposeful and responsible” consumption, illustrating how this can be an effective company strategy.

The second member podcast features Kristie Nicolosi, CEO of The Kingswood Company, producers of private-label jewelry care products. Her presentation, titled Focus On A New Clean: Tips to Clean, Engage and Grow Revenue, addresses how stores should talk to customers about jewelry care and gives consumer insights on why a customer wants to buy jewelry care and cleaning products from their jewelry retailer—but also in this current environment, helps jewelers understand the difference between cleaning and disinfecting.

Kristie Nicolosi will explain how jewelry care products can help with sales and also with disinfecting.

New podcasts will be added monthly, with strategies, knowledge, and immediately actionable steps to help retailers across a variety of business areas. These new podcasts, as well as all previous ones, are available on The Plumb Club website under the “Resources” tab, https://plumbclub.com/resources/.
