The National Association of Jewelry Appraisers Announces Business Development Seminar III November 11, 2021 (0 comments)
Rego Park, NY--The National Association of Jewelry Appraisers (NAJA) has announced its third Business Development seminar "Focusing Evaluate and Re-Evaluate: What’s Working and What’s Not". It will be held Saturday, November 13, 2021 from 12:00 to 4:00 PM EST.
The virtual program will feature four webinars, each developed specifically for gem and jewelry appraisers and prospective appraisers. Each presentation focuses on a key aspect to establishing and succeeding in the appraisal profession.
In announcing this seminar, NAJA Executive Director, Gail Brett Levine said, “The overwhelming interest in the first two seminars, held in May and July, has inspired the NAJA to organize this equally impressive program. Appraisers, especially NAJA members, have a strong handle on their professional abilities for performing valuations. However, that doesn’t necessarily mean they understand how to organize or operate the actual business side of their office. That is where the NAJA Business Development seminars come in.
"This seminar is specifically designed to provide practical insights about how to grow and run a professional appraisal business,” Levine added.
Confirmed presenters and topics include: Adrian Smith, FGA, Make your Website a Winner; Lynne Marcus, CPA, How to Start a Business; Deborah Finleon, GIA GG, Cash and Contracts: Setting Fees and Expectations; and Jennifer Heebner, Instagram 101.
Registrations: NAJA Members: $25 per seminar day; Non-members: $50 per seminar day. For more information or to register please contact National Association of Jewelry Appraisers,
