Merrick, NY--During this pandemic, it's import not to lose connection with your clients. The U.S. Chamber of Commerce has some worthwhile resources and ideas to check out. Here are just a few:

While they are sitting at home, you can introduce clients to your new line, or your best-selling items, via video chat. Take advantage of all the FREE tools that you can use, like Google Hangout, Skype or Zoom. You can now use these tools and bring them your service remotely.

Recognize that a lot of your clients are craving entertainment while being quarantined at home. If you have a closed relationship with your clients and know when their birthday, anniversary or that special occasion that always makes them buy is, now is the time to move the Celebration to one of the live streaming social media channels. Offer a special discount code to the first 50 or 60 people who stream your life event.  Get creative with how you can make customers still free invested in your brand and engaged with your content from a distance. Promote a New Incentive Program

Customers spending more time at home will still need to shop for that special GIFT. Take orders over Social media, direct your clients to your e-commerce store.  Offer special discount or Gift Cards for referrals, these referrals are going to be new clients walking into your store once everything its up and running again and we go back to the New Normal.  Now is the time to build your pipeline.
