We are looking for a self-motivated and ambitious Senior Sales Executive with excellent marketing skills to maintain and manage long existing house accounts who is also driven to build stong new customer relationships.
The ideal candidate will be assertive, professional, and a team player who is willing travel with flexible hours. Three to five years of wholesale experience is preferred and GIA education is a plus. This is an incredible opportunity for the right individual to prosper and grow with us. This is a full time job: salary is base + commission and includes health insurance, vacation, sick days, and 401K.

Los Angeles, CA--If you love to wear many hats, this is the job for you!
You are someone who is self-motivated, loves to organize and can juggle multiple projects at once while keeping an eye on deadlines to ensure the office runs smoothly. Your job will involve production management and quality control so an eye for detail is a must. We are happy to train the right person but a willingness to learn is key. You will also be trained to use our inventory database and to handle shipping and receiving. A background in jewelry is a plus but aspiring designers need not apply, this is not a design position. Our ideal candidate is articulate and can communicate with press, clients and vendors in a professional manner. If you have a talent for sales, that is a definite plus! And if you love to travel, you’re in for a treat: you will get to travel to trade shows and trunk shows around the country with the designer a few times a year! - An excellent work ethic and positive attitude
- Computer Skills (we are a Mac-based office): Microsoft Word and Excel; basic Photoshop skills a plus; you will be trained to use the inventory database
- The ability to calculate/estimate costs of designs before they are made
- Keep track of Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable; make sure Designer is informed of upcoming bills and also follow-up on overdue accounts
- Sales background is a definite plus
- Phone & E-Mail Skills: articulate with good grammar
- Good Customer Service Skills: you will be asked to provide product advice and custom price quotes
- Ability to communicate professionally with a variety of vendors
- Social Media Skills (Designer uses Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest)
- Assisting the Designer with scheduling of trunk shows and appointments, working with stores on reorders, forwarding marketing materials to stores, etc.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision
- Willing and available to travel with the designer a few times a year
